AP TackleWorks Reflective Lures

Ahead of the opening season, our test outings have produced strong results, with numerous Coho and Spring Salmon caught.

Made from 304 stainless steel, the lure absorbs UV light and has a highly reflective surface that changes colour with the viewing angle to attract salmon.

The hook gaps comply with the maximum regulation of 22 mm. During three test outings, we attracted three spring salmon in the 20-pound range using the 5” MVP Herring, all of which were safely released.

The 3”, 4”, and 5” lures were rigged with the WiggleFin dummy flasher system attached directly to the downrigger ball. The lure line was clipped 10 feet above and trailing 12 feet behind. One rod used a flasher, while the other used a dodger.

The new 7” lure will be clipped to the downrigger on its own. Its action is exceptional without a flsher or dodger.
